Das autonome AlleFLINTA*Referat (AFR) ist die studentische Vertretung von allen Frauen, trans*, inter* und nicht binärer Studierenden. Als Referat setzt sich das AFR für die Belange all derjenigen Studierenden ein, die auf Grund ihrer Geschlechteridentität diskriminiert werden. Das AFR vertritt also (queer)feministische Interessen in der Hochschulpolitik, vor der Universitätverwaltung und auf dem Campus.
Das AFR ist autonom. Das heißt, dass es nicht vom StuPa besetzt wird, sondern eine eigene Wahl und Vollversammlung hat. Wie politische AStA Mitglieder dem StuPa rechenschaftspflichtig sind, so sind Referent*innen des AFR der VV aller Frauen, trans*, inter* und nicht binärer Studierenden rechenschaftspflichtig. Zur Wahl berechtigt sind ausschließlich Frauen, trans*, inter* und nicht binäre Studierende.

The Department of all FLINTA* Students (AFR) is the representation for all female, non-binary, trans and inter students. As a department, the AFR supports the issues and concerns of all people affected by systemic sexism. The AFR advocates for (queer)feminist interests in the student government, the university administration and on campus.
The AFR is autonomous. This means that the student parliament (StuPa) does not staff the AFR, instead the AFR holds separate elections and its own general assembly. The AFR representatives are held accountable by the general assembly of all female, trans, inter and non-binary students like non-autonomous AStA members are held accountable by the StuPa. Only female, trans, inter and non-binary students are eligible to vote and be elected.
